Triumph's Story...

1902 - The first Triumph is produced. It's known as the No. 1.
1940's - All motorcycle production is geared towards the war effort. The Triumph factory is demolished in the blitz of Coventry.
A new plant opens in Meriden, England.
1950's - Triumph sells more bikes in the U.S. than any other market, including Britain.
1980's - The Meriden factory closes its doors due to tough economic times. John Bloor bought what remained and saved the Triumph name. A new factory opens in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
2000's - A massive fire guts the main Hinckley assembly plant. Employees come together and rebuild the factory. During this decade, the Rocket III is released. The Daytona 675cc triple is unveiled. The Street Triple is introduced and the entire Bonneville lineup receives
fuel injection.
2010 to present - The Thunderbird Cruiser is launched and the Tiger 800 and 800XC make their debut. Triumph has truly come of age.

Hopefully they have the Demo Daytona 675. Last year was nice. hopefully no one totals the Daytona 675 before I GET to ride it this year! lol
