The MV Agusta Dragster 800 has been revealed in full for the first time in a new spy shot.

No Metallica soundtrack, no teasers, no dodgy photos of a tank. It's an actual bike this time.

The picture surfaced on Italian motorcycle website Motoblog.it.

The Dragster 800 will cost £10,999 (plus on-the-road charges) in the UK.

There’s only one version on the price list, a high-spec machine with the Electronically Assisted Shift (EAS) and ABS. For some reason, the price is £1,200 more than a similarly-equipped Brutale 800. The only colour option is white/matt grey.

With the same engine specs as the stock Brutale 800, as revealed by the bike’s American homologation paperwork last year, you can safely ignore stories doing the rounds of some websites that the Dragster will be supercharged or turbocharged. That would mean totally different emission levels and power. In reality, the Dragster is rated at 92kW (123.4bhp), the same as the stock Brutale 800.
