Radiator Fan Always Running
Recently i bought an used 2011 Ninja 250 it has 40000km mileage. I notice that the fan is manually set to always running, the previous owner have no idea about this as he's also receive it secondhand.
The question is, how do i set it back to auto mode ? Any help is appreciated. |

Look to see if they just wired in a toggle switch somewhere. This is a very common mod on my other bike. Never known the ninja to have cooling problems. If there isn't a switch it was wired that way and you'll have to access a wiring diagram to see whats changed.

Toggle switch somewhere or possibly a jumped thermostat.

Thanks for the reply, today i removed the fairing and take a deep look at the wiring, turns out the fan was jumped to the power source, so i cut the cable and run the bike. Thankfully the fan starts kicking after a few km which mean the sensor still running properly.
Problem solved. Thanks a lot |
