2010 electrical issues

Hi, getting a 2010 250r back in running shape but having some problems. When the key is turned, nothing comes on at all. No dash, taillight, headlight, nothing. Clearly it wont start when the button is pushed either.

Battery has a good charge, checked the volts. Not really sure where to start.

Also, I noticed under the seat next to the headlight relay, and the diodes, that i am missing a connector. It seems to be the "Starter Circuit Relay." I attached a picture of it, circled in red. Its literally not there at all. I searched google and can not find the part, all i get is the starter relay/solenoid that connects to the battery and starter motor. Would this prevent the dash and things from coming on? im sure its preventing the bike from starting.

Any help would be great with either of these issues.

Well, it has to plug into something, would be a good place to start. It probably completes the circuit and since nothing is there to complete it, there's no power to the front of the bike. Would be my guess. Look for the 2008+ wiring diagram and you'll find where the problem lies

Start with the small stuff, then move to the big stuff. I assume the battery reads a constant 12.7v or so correct?
