Starting problem with New Battery
Hi everybody!
I have a problem with the starter, because when I push, sound like a "Click". I thing there is a battery problem because mi bike is 2008 and I never replace the battery and the Owner's manual recommend this action each 4 years. After replace the battery the problem continue. So, I need your cooperation. In this little town don't exist a dependable mechanical.

So is this the same problem you had before?
And because of it you have already replaced the battery with a new one? After installing the battery did it run at all or was it just like in the video? Sorry I can't help you but I figure with some clearer facts someone else will. |

What size/model battery did you put in it and was it fully charged before install?
Even though all the lights are on, low amperage will not turn the starter motor over. |

The video was recorded with the NEW Battery and is fully charged, so, what could be the problem?
To start the bike I just make the same movements of the video xD but I need a permanent solution. Thanks! |

With a solid click noise like heard on the video it's going to be two options. Starter relay or Starter motor.
First and easiest choice is to check and replace the relay is needed. Second choice is to remove the starter motor, disassemble, and inspect it. |

check your cables. loosen them, wiggle them, retighten them. That's at BOTH ends, also check ground strap from engine to frame.
