Fender Eliminator, Corbin Seat, Rear Seat Cowl Installed

I've had my eliminator, seat cowl, and seat sitting around for a couple months now and it's finally warmed up to the point where I felt like I could work on the bike without worry about the plastics being too stiff. Here's the pictures.

And up on the stands and re-covered until it's consistently nice out.

I've still got some blue rim tape to put on, but going to wait until it's much warmer. Also want to remove the front fender reflectors.

nice

Nice looking bike. Love that blue. I want to get a corbin seat so bad. How do you like yours. I know you just put it on and probably haven't ridden it much. Where did you buy it? I'm going to get one soon. I hope it makes riding lots better cause the seat is the only thing that I don't like.

I actually haven't ridden it at all since I put the seat, cowl, and eliminator on, but I could already tell it'd be a lot more comfortable. I just sat on it and it was noticeably stiffer (so no more bottoming through the foam into the plastic seat base). I bought the seat and the cowl from a member on KF for $250 so I got a good deal.

Looks very sharp. I've lately wondered about the legality of fender removal, 'cause it definitely looks great. My guess as to the most likely illegality of it is the removal of the light that illuminates the plate at night. Can anyone confirm/deny?

The license light is definitely the thing most people never put on when they remove their fender. I'm not sure if you can see it in the pictures, but TARGA give you an LED plate light (screws into where one of the license plate bolts would be) that you just splice into the light wiring.

Thanks. I've been pretty tempted to get it out now. It's supposed to hit a high of around 50 today, but it looks like it'll drop back down below freezing for a bit next week.
