Anyone else crazy hungover????
Ok... watching the Superbowl was a great time, but I'm not sure who's idea it was to throw a large drinking event on a Sunday. Seems like bad planning to me... although perhaps the 4 bottles of wine were the flaw in my plan. Anyone else a hurting unit this morning?

Rum hurts the body the next morning . Thankfully I dont have my first class till 1:10...3 minutes haha...so I got to sleep most of it off. Gatorade always does the trick for me

To avoid hangovers I take a bunch of vitamin B+ before drinking and hydrate before going to bed. I wake up having to pee but don't feel too bad.

Actually it is B Complex that works for me. My memory isn't what it used to be. I wish there was a pill for that.

Here is a remedy from way back that personaly I think would make you more sick then you allready are - a glass of tomatoe juice and a raw egg. Ooooh makes my stomache turn just thinking about it. Oh yea don't forget about the dark glasses to hide your bloodshot eyes.

I drink water between each drink, then water before bed. Hangover is your brain is de-hydrated.
I can remember once, back in the day, it took me 4 beers to get out of bed after a little party at Willow (or was it Laguna).

A V8 and a Mtn Dew in the mornings aways makes me feel better.
Also never ride a motorcycle with a hangover. I rode over to a friends house once on my bike, ended up drinking because there was beer, and it needed to be gone, so I did not mind helping out. I ended up spending the night, and I rode home the next morning. I had nice twisty road to go home on, but it sucked. Every time I leaned into a turn I thought I was going to throw up inside my helmet. Of course after I went home and took a shower and had my mountain dew, I went for a 200mi ride. I was so exhausted after that I passed out as soon as I got home.

If you have Oxygen available--a good hit of that , and the hangover is history. I no longer have oxygen available (have an arc welder) so I don`t drink as much,

Part of the problem of hang overs is the lack of glucose in the body since the brain needs oxygen and glucose that's where the headache comes in. Thiamine or vitamin b12 helps what glucose left in your body to enter the cells of your body. That's why vitamin b complexes before as well as gatorade afterwards helps with the prevention of hang overs.
