Just finished the last big thing left

Fresh meat on the front, swapped the rotors, installed woodcraft mc holder and tank grips/protector. Just need to wire up the speedo and tighten/clean/lube the chain.

Just removed it for the time being untill I install the speedo sensor down there. It's attached to one of the fender bolts.

Same here. Ended up getting a big scratch on my helmet visor right in front of one of my eyes. So annoying. Had to get a new visor.

The rear. I'd never take the front off unless I needed to or it was broken. I get so much junk flung in my face on my bicycles because no front fender. That rear one is useless.

The undertail is the fender. When running no undertail its a big problem. Or if the tail is bobbed.

Hard week at work. Couldn't stand it anymore, had to have some fun so I rode it to work. Nature even powerwashed the ****er for me

Had a setback with the speedo sensor thing, ordered another and trying it again this weekend. I really hope it works, because if it doesn't, I'm not sure where to go from there...

I usually park diagonally, but I get to work super early in the morning and the street is completely empty, so I just do whatever because I'm lazy and tired.

I've done it that way mainly because of my school and on roads that aren't level. The other reasons are that it makes more room for other cars and perfect symmetry lol.

Still working on the speedo, meanwhile did a mic test to figure out where the weird audio crackle I'm getting is coming from. Here you go, what the SV sounds like:

I honestly didn't notice it at all, the wind noise is mostly because the mic's directly by the helmet airflow lines. If anything it felt good because it held my torso up a little to compensate for my weakass core. Those clipons are LOW

Reminder: I am super short and wind affects non-midgets a lot more

I think they're the stock sv650s clipons (this bike was originally an S). I kinda want the flat ones though.

I need to make a video to see how my SV sounds through a mic. Your video doesn't do it justice! Although, that can be said for just about every video I see/hear on the interwebs.

what size are the stock sv forks? 45mm? a bit of a shave would make them work. sometimes people make sleaves for that sorta thing too. my fzr has strips of steel sheet under the clipons to make them fit iirc

The SV never came with inverted forks, so they are most likely from whatever cycle the forks are from.

If you mean you'd rather have conventional handlebars, it can be done but it takes significant mods to the upper triple clamp or an upper triple that already has clamps for conventional handle bars.

drill two holes, stick bolts through to mount your standard bar clamp. that was easy
