Good Deal?

I wanted to get opinions on a 2010 Ninja 250R with ~550 miles that's never been laid down, but dropped twice (minor scratches). Is $3000 a good deal?

if everything mechanically works, id say that 3000 is in the ball park. if you plan on replacing the fairings you could offer like 2800. tygapaul here on the forums sells oem fairings for 1/3rd of oem price. Only in lime green and black though

I want to know how something can be dropped but not laid down.

I'm too new to understand the lingo. I meant she stopped and proceeded to slowly fall over, as opposed to sliding.

It's the way people describe used bikes. Used bikes are never crashed. If it was going 80 mph, and slid off the road on its side, the seller would call it "laid down". It it tipped over at 40 mph or less, the seller would call it "dropped at a standstill". If it actually was dropped at a standstill, the seller would say "brushed it up against the garage wall, the bike has never been on its side". See how that works?
