3 Rear Wheel Bearings. Where Does The 3rd Go?

I just replaced my rear tire, now I have a problem I know where the two bearings go, but can't find the home for the 3rd one, it fell out when I wasn't looking. Anyone know?

You must be talking about the separators.

The wheel has two ball bearings and the sprocket has one, but none should fall off.

Please, read this:

Yes, you're right they aren't bearings. Just aluminum spacers. So where does the 3rd spacer go? I see where the two on the outside of the wheel go, I read the article you posted but can't find what I'm looking for in it.
