Larger tyres and pressure

Just wondering what tyre pressures people are using with larger than factory tyres. I have the standard front tyre and and gt501 140 rear and have just been running the recommended pressures (29psi front and 31psi rear)

The reason I ask is there are many threads asking about tyre pressures people run, but nothing about the size of the tyre used.

Cheers

That's a good PSI setting. Different tires benefit from different pressures. I recently purchased BT-003 for my smallest bike in my arsenal the 250-R. Rumor has it, you want to run around 27 PSI for that radial 140/70. I haven't installed them yet. I hear they can get greasy (ie. slip) if not warmed up nicely.

My Honda Superhawk VTR1000 likes about 31 PSI for the Bridgestone C2T tires.
