so today the wife decided she wanted to take a huge step forward towards taking over the 250R (which will be hers when I move up). we went to our local dealership where we purchased the bike and got her started on her gear
she got a Black Joe Rocket Atomic 4.0 Womens Jacket

Joe Rocket Velocity Gloves

and the same HJC CS-R1 Daggar helmet as I got with the bike, however hers is red

well I have pics, but they dont come out very well because the piping is all reflective. But I LOVE my new gear. If I have to have a complaint it would be that the gloves are hard to put on without snagging on their own velcro. I have had to adapt how I put them on, but I think I finally have it now!

Now I am on to boots!

Hey caps, would you mind giving us your impressions of the jacket now that it's getting into the warmer months? I'm in the market for my first set of gear, and that looks like an awesome choice for the price. Though since it's mainly textile (vs mostly mesh, ie. phoenix 5.0), I'm not sure how well it would perform in the high heat/humidity. Thanks.

So today I purchased a set of SEDICI Umbria Waterproof Pants

I already took the liner out (since it's like 30000% humidity here) maybe the wife will let me wear them to church in the morning so I can see how they feel.

They feel pretty good around the house though
