Finally done with maintenance/improvements! Thank you to everyone!

So, I purchased my bike (2009 Ninja EX250) back in October 2013 here in Central NJ.

When purchasing, I knew I had quite a bit to fix up as the following were either not installed or not working:

-Speedometer/odometer not working
-No front or rear blinkers - All wiring connections missing
-Cracked front fender
-No clue when the bike was last serviced (owner could not tell me anything). So I replaced everything myself (coolant, oil, brake fluid, air filter)
-Clean front/rear brake pads/calipers

To fix the above problems or service the bike I have had the following done (all of which I did myself unless noted otherwise):

11/23/13 - Installed new flasher relay, no-cut diode kit, LED rear blinkers
1/14/14 - Installed newer & brighter LED blinkers (front & back)
2/23/14 – Changed Brake Fluid
3/22/14 – Changed Oil & Oil Filter
3/22/14 – Changed Air Filter
3/22/14 – Flushed Cooling System and Changed Coolant
3/23/14 – Changed Dash Lights to LEDs
3/23/14 – Changed Headlight Bulbs
4/20/14 – Cleaned front and rear brake pads, rotors, calipers, and caliper pistons
4/22/14 – New tires installed (done by shop)
4/25/14 – New fork seals installed/new fork oil (done by shop)
5/4/14 – New speedometer hub installed
5/4/14 - Cut new fender from old fender

Mods I have done:
-Dash lights converted to LEDs
-Installed LED blinkers with new flasher relay & no-cut diode kit

Since the original purchase of the bike (I paid $1,300 for it), anything motorcycle related (rider education course, insurance, vehicle registration, equipment, parts, service by shop, new tires, etc) I have put just under $1,500 into the bike.

Not too bad if you ask me. She now is in tip top shape, runs flawlessly, and looks great.

It has been a fun journey with you all, and I would like to thank anyone who has helped me over the past 8 months with my problems/issues.

This is a great community, and without you all, I would still be lost. I have learned a lot, and hopefully now I can offer my experience to those who are in the need of help like I was.

Thank you to all!

And now for a few pictures through the journey haha

At her worst:

New LEDs

Yay!

Awesome feeling bringing a bike back from the brink to a lean mean street machine. First time you fire her up and know you are done (for now) is the best sound in the world.

Congrats on all the hard work done and very sweet looking ride you got there. Now to share your adventures with us!

Are those LED plug and play socket types or did you solder them in?
