Well the engines together and running well. Took it for a run in, all OK. Had to change out sidestand switch with a spare as the wires got crushed.

Raining today so put new levers on

How are those aliexpress pistons holding up?
I'm considering some for my FZR since the genuine parts cost over $300 for the set - for that price I could get a new engine.

If the pistons need replacing then go for it, otherwise just clean up and reuse the originals.

I would suggest new wrist pins and circlips.

Nothing wrong with the aliexpress rings either.

I no longer have this bike though
