What is your commute?
For those who commute on their ninjettes, I thought it would be interesting to see everyone's commute.
Mine consists of two different destinations. I work in Salt Lake City, but am still taking classes at BYU in Provo. Depending on the day I sometimes have to go from Home, to Salt Lake, to Provo, to Salt Lake, to Home. In total that is about 140 miles. Usually I only have to go from Home, to Provo, to Salt Lake, to Home. Which is just under 80 miles. and occationally I get the joy of just going to work which is under 60 miles and gives me extra time to spend with my wife and daughter. I look forward to seeing everyone else's commute.

Now that i wised up and ride ATGATT i don't commute anymore.
Job is only 1 1/2 miles away. To much trouble to dress for the slide for a 5 minute ride. |

On the way in I usually take the highway with speeds around 75-80 indicated, but on the way home I have some great twisties - lots of elevation changes and changing radius curves - good times Round trip is about 30 miles

My trip to work is a fairly simple 14 mile ride on I-15 from Payson to south Provo, but as you can see from the map I like to mix things up a bit when it comes time to go home. As I leave work I occasionally take the Alpine or Nebo loop and sometimes I head out towards Utah lake and around West Mountain to get home...just depends on the day...

My commute is on BART. Nowhere near as fun as it would be on a bike...

Here's my commute to and from ... I go a different way on the way home so I can relieve stress as I ride ... the scenery is more 'country' on the way home, and there are more curves as I go around Spencer Mountain
Home to work : 11.5 miles (map1) Work to home : 13.5 miles (map2)

My commute is approx 9 miles each way.. from the south shore of the island to the north shore... no parkways.. just side streets and secondary roads (I guess you would call them that). It would actually take longer on parkways..
