I see a seat there, it's just not as comfortable as you've gotten used to

Nicely done sir

My Ninjette has heated grips, as well as my EX, personally they are awesome, and come in handy more than you'd think, nice to have on a chilly evening.

IMHO the best modifications you can make performance wise is suspension.

Looks like you're off to a good start.

I'd personally recommend ss brake lines and upgraded pads up front, some stompgrip tank trip pads, and a gsxr rear shock. And get rid of that red rim tape.

I've considered heated grips but if you're wearing insulated gloves then heated grips become less effective. I think keeping the wind off of your hands is the better solution.

P.S. I've got a windscreen for sale in the marketplace, just sayin'.

I used to think the same thing about heated grips for a very long time. I installed my first pair on my EX about 5 years ago, and they completely changed my mind.

Now I won't have another bike without adding them.

Oh yeah my EX250 had them, made for amazing October and November commutes in the morning.
