2010 Ninja Owner in Berkeley CA. Engineering student.

Hey!

I'm the happy new owner of a 2010 ninja 250, which had been home to a horde of spiders for the last few years.

I just cleaned the carbs and I'm now getting it ready to rip again.

I'd like to get some help with removing the kleen air stuff for track riding (of course) and also some tips on how to setup the suspension and tune it generally. I can weld, machine, and use cnc machines through my studies and work so I'm looking forward to getting crafty with this.

Also, curious which of the 3 side tank vent lines need to be blocked, and which vented, on the tank side?

Greetings & Salutations Amock!

Rear-shock is adjustable for pre-load only, no damping adjustments.

Front fork isn't adjustable in anyway. Can adjust preload with spacers above spring and air-gap (oil-height). Compression-damping by changing fork-oil viscosity. Really recommend installing GVE for finer control over damping. https://racetech.com/page/title/IP%2...STD%20Emulator

List of suspension upgrades available here: https://racetech.com/ProductSearch/1...20(EX250)/2010

Does anybody in the East Bay (of SF) have an ultrasonic cleaner I can dunk my carbs into?
