You can probably order OEM from a dealer, but it's expensive. The answer to your question is super-simple though: Because most people selling good pieces are selling the ones that remained good after a crash. Very few people sell full sets unless they bough race fairings, and race fairing just aren't that common or popular on the pregen (Airtech makes some, but it's expensive).

You do know that 1988-2007 is also "for your bike," right? I assume that you want 2003 to match a specific color or graphic design.

Yes I know, but find me any of those years in a 250cc body style on e-bay and I'd take it. Problem is I can't find ANY. I might have missed it but I looked for a very long time! And at this point any color scheme or graphic design would do as long as it fits an 03 250cc body style. All the fairings I found for that year are bigger engine body styles.

Complete sets are there but the sellers split them up into individual auctions. I see complete sets with each part listed individually because they all sell for more that way. You can win them all and the seller will usually combine shipping.

If you happen to have ~500$, here's exactly what you need.

http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/model.../25491-cowling

Part #55028 has 4 selections for all 4 colors.

BAM!

Full set WITH matching tank.

I might be looking for a tank with no dents soon so, if you buy it, LMK and I might be able to help you recoup some of the costs.

That front fairing usually goes anywhere from 120-180$ on ebay. This is my determination after scoping out ebay the past 6 months. Look to spend that much for one in decent condition, and possibly not the color you want. I bought a blue front fairing, I have a green ninja. The fairing I bought came with a turn signal and the windscreen and cost me 140$. I like to think I got a good deal.

Are you factoring in what you would get for your tank and fairings?
