Unless you're willing to ride up to Ocala then buying it at a local bike shop will be faster.

From my experience, the MSF written test does nothing for you endorsement. I had to take a written test at the DMV. The certificate just waived the DMV riding test.

Right - but if you fail the MSF written test, they won't give you that certificate that gets you out of the riding test at the DMV.
