Ebay link is not working for me. I don't know the specifics of the stock brake master to compare. You have to make sure your brake master piston is the matched to the brake caliper/s you are using. Too small of brake master piston = not enough pressure. Too big of piston = too sensitive of braking.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/7-8-22mm-Lef...-/291088629795

From the description:
Package includes: 1 x LEFT Hydraulic Brake Master Cylinder
Bore / Piston Size: 17mm

Wrong side plus the piston is too large. The 250's is 13mm.

Also, I won't trust my life to cheap no-name master cylinders.

+2 get an accossato or brembo but definitely overkill for a street bike, the oem mc seems to work quite well with ss lines and good pads.

+3

Piston size is way way to big for what the ninja has going on. The stock 13mm is good for even larger calipers than what come standard on the ninja250 so a 17mm on OEM ninja calipers would be bad news, all or nothing kind of feeling

Check out this link:

You won't need to be concerned with the piston size, etc. It works great!

General guide line for piston sizes on the 250s.

Axial Master Cylinder 12 to 13 mm

Radial Master Cylinder 16mm
