Slightly bent handlebar need advice!! Pics included

So the bike i bought got dropped... The damage i assesed at the time i bought it was based on what i saw on the day, needed a few new bits nothing that would take me over the kbb value of the bike in parts!

So the bike is almost fixed apart from the front fairing and the headlight but after taking it for a test ride to test the rear break pressure i noticed my left wrist had more pressure on it than the left, upon inspecting i notice the right handlebar is actually a little bent, its definitly the bar not the frame or fork.

I will get day pics tomorrow.

My question is what is my solution here? is this rideable... i meant i still went on the test drive for the rear break and it rode fine apart from the slight difference in wrist pressure

Perfect timing for some woodcraft clip ons?

Yes it's still rideable but if you're anything like me (anal) then get rid of the stock handlebars and replace them with the WOODCRAFT clip-ons & risers. This way should you have any mishap and bend the clip-ons all you need to do is replace the clip-ons which only cost $15 per bar.

Ok that's what I thought I have roaring toy, riser on there if you can see the pics, so woodcraft clip ons it is, never bad to buy miss

Also what is the issue if my signals turn on but don't blink?

If you have unrestriced movement stop to stop and nothing on the handlebar hits the tank then it is ridable.

Fix it at you leasure.

1: replace it if it bothers you

2: it sounds like you are supporting your upper body by putting weight on your arms (conversely weight on the bars) this is a bad idea because any disruption to the bike means your weight is now being used to turn the bars in a way you dont want. sometimes this can lead (indirectly) to you flying off the bike. or turning the bike in a direction you dont want. not to mention sore wrists or elbows.

3: if the signals turn on but dont blink, blame the flasher relay. it could be that you have LED signals which dont work with the stock flasher. you need an LED flasher, you can pick it up at autozone or pepboys or whereever

Well I now connected the new front indicator I bought, It now all works fine on the left side, i left the other one at a friends o
House and see if that completes the issue.
