Gas and Vacuum line maintenance?

Hey whats up guys!
I have not been riding since august 2013 Sucks! i am wanting to get maintenance done now that i paid off my car.

I have a laundry list of things to do as far as maintenance.
Here it is:
Labor Rate per hour $90.00
----------------------------
2 new tires purchase and install $265
2 new sets of brake pads Front and Rear + sensor adjust ($160 Parts+ labor)
1 new air filter
chain service --
oil change service-- (all service $260 + parts)
gas lines: crack + broken
vacuum line repairs

The shop I went to had the best reviews and is called Moto Club Di Santa Monica its in California. I paid $80.00 for the 30 point inspection which is how i got all this info.

How much do you think all this repair should really cost? More specifically, does anyone know about gas and vacuum lines? how to repair etc? any article you can refer me to?

Thank you in advance!

I can do some of the maintenance myself, minus the tire install and those damn vacuum lines they say need repair and the gas line that is completely broken from a low slide about 2 years ago.

the tire swap should cost $30. you bring them the tires you want installed. if you buy the tires through cyclegear they will put them on for you (you bring them the wheels)

replacing vacuum lines is easy. replace each one one at a time. a spool of vacuum hose is cheap. fuel line hose is more expensive. remove one hose at a time, measure and cut a replacement, then put the replacement on. consider getting rid of your evap and charcoal system at the same time.

the only important vacuum line is the one that goes from the bottom of your cylinder that connects to the gas tank.
