Driven Clip-Ons
I'm probably the only person that has the Driven set so I'll go ahead and post some pictures I took last week. I temporarily mounted these just to see how they look. When these get to the new owner, than he can post up pictures of the final install.
Normal setting: Adjusted all the way down:

I have a few more pictures I took in my album:
http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/...en%20Clip-Ons/ The adjustability of these bars really helps you get lower. You will notice in some of the photos that I have the clamp further down on the fork just to test out clearances. Your levers, and lines are the determining factor as to how low you can mount the clip-ons without hitting something. Of course, you can cut away the stuff that gets in the way

With the angle adjustability, how sturdy and solid do they feel? Do you think they may slip any while riding or is it tight?

I don't think they will slip. Just torque the bolt down and use threadlock if you're unsure. The only way I think it will move is if you drop the bike hard or beat down on it with a hammer

These tilt down? OK... I may be selling my WoodCrafts that I just put on a few weeks ago for these.

Just wanted to add a couple of pictures to this, since I have now gotten mine and installed them. I really dig them, the adjustability is very nice and I have them set up to be quite low. As you can see, I barely clear the fairings:
Difference in position from stock on clutch side: And throttle side: They are also lower, but I couldn't get decent pics showing this without bolting the stock handlebars back on temporarily, which I was too lazy to do when I took these pics this morning. I have them angled down about half way (so I guess about 5°). You can set them up to sit higher if you want. Since I'm barely clearing the fairing, I don't think you could get any lower than what I have without modifying your fairing. Also, with my ASV levers, I had to point them down in order to get the clutch and brake to not engage at full lock. The levers touch the plastic around the windscreen at full lock, but just barely, which I'm fine with. You can't sit straight up on my bike anymore. I'm really liking the feel of them. |

Can you take a picture level with the tank to show how low they are while the front wheel is straight? Putting the camera on the tank or seat would be perfect! The clearance on my Woodcrafts are about the same as yours while turning. The difference, I hope, is going to be how far they tilt downward while not turning.
