What does your ram-air intake look like and how did you tune for it? Curious
That would make the computer need to be hooked up to a speedo sensor right? Or else it would be rich at low speeds (or lean at high speeds) |

autotune makes sure that the afr ratio stays where I decide...13.1:1 is my choice for the low quality of fuel we have in greece...and that is being permanently linked to the pc V, receiving data from the lamda sensor and storing trims to set to the pc...

good question (and important) Jiggles... superflow, the one that gives 10% less than dynojet values...

by the way, that's 32.9ps, not .5.... the 32.5 value written on the video is just a mistake I made rushing to write the description... tip: if you really want to "write" a better power curve just unscrew a tiny bit the rear axle nut... huge mod, might give up to 1ps on the dyno sheet... don't forget to tighten up afterwards !!!

Your bike makes 32.5hp and 32.9ps. Those German horses are a bit weaker so you need more of them to get the same effects as American horses

The best power I ever got from a 250cc engine was 34hp at 12500 rpm. I had 13.5 to 1 pistons for that. 32.9 is great. Non O ring chain will free up some torque.

You have done a superb job of tuning Based on the rpm drop between gears from your video.

not yet Red... engine is due tomorrow or Monday...
I haven't mentioned that this engine had reached 39,5hp before I cracked the cam gear drum while shifting and blew it up...major differences were extra CR, bigger TBs (31mm from a european scooter, Yamaha T-max 500) and even wilder cams.... now I am heading for 10hp more....

well, the 300 engine is not "plug and play" on 250's stock front mounts... I could mod the 250's but the overbore pistons might make the engine a bit buzzier and if I use more 300 stuff in the future I might need them anyway... they help keep vibrations down without being soft...
