Modified stock exhaust
I bought a stock full (header and muffler) exhaust off of e-bay cheap and cut it open. I removed all of the baffels inside but kept the cage and fiber glass. The bike sounds really nice but not overly loud. I have adjusted the jets and the bike runs great but I cant help but think that the small exit at the back of the muffler is too small and may need to be opened up a bit for better flow. Does anyone here have any experience with this and if so what did you do for a solution. I have decreased the back pressure by removing the baffels and made one large expansion chamber rather than several smaller ones but I think I could gain a little more if I slightly increase the Dia of the exit tail pipe. Just wanted to see if anyone else has tried this. I will be getting an after market full system later this year but I have to tinker with stuff

You would either replace the rear cap and weld/bolt on a new back end with a larger diameter pipe/outlet.
