Elusive White Ninja 250R

Anyone happen to know whose or what upgrades are on this bike? This is the look I'm going for minus the seat cowl upgrade and brembo brakes (just going to paint mines haha.)

Looks like not only upgraded brakes, but upped to rotors on both sides for the front wheel. Very sexy. Dunno whose it is though, so not sure what's onboard.

That's a TON of front brake for a 350 lb. machine.

haha... nice. But I think nothing is greater in white than this...

Which is probably the source of all this attraction towards the white ninja.

from that lil image it looks like the bike is likely from someone here in Indo. the flush mounts look very similar to ones that ive seen around here where they use a flat rectangular shaped flush mount from a Suzuki car side blinker.

also the full front end swap is something that i tend to only see done on bikes over here in indo, hehe...

just two examples of some nice front end swaps that were sat at the kawasaki dealer a couple months ago

i personally find that the oem brakes are usually sufficient enough, ive read that some people have changed out for SS brake lines, and that has helped improve the braking power/control. if you drive the bike like a lunatic, or have the luxury of going on a track, the double front disks could make a noticeable difference probably.

however, IMO 95% of the people that change the front end here in Indonesia do it for the looks only, and very rarely because they actually need that much braking power. here its all about the image of having a BIG bike, lol

You guys must be really rich in Indonesia then! Actually before you replied I looked at the fairings and saw "AHRS", googled it and found that it was a company in Indonesia, so I was guessing Indonesia. Thanks for the confirmation! Does that rear tire hugger look familiar as well? Any clue as to where it can be bought? I think it looks way better than the a-tech cf hugger or any other hugger on the market right now.

Matt might know? it doesn't look like the standard sportisi rear hugger:

but its similar. i think ive seen that one like on the white bike, but i don't remember where.

and "rich" is a relative term... here mods basically only cost the price of what you pay for the parts, the labor work is not that expensive. obviously a TOTALLY pimpped out 250 will cost some for the labor, but i would say about 80% would be for the parts and 20% or less for labor. while in europe or the states that's out of the question, unless you do it yourself!

i personally have done just about everything on my bike myself, not to save money (since it barely costs any extra) but because i enjoy it, and i know what i want, and how i want to have it done.

although im thinking about dropping my bike off to get her ported and tuned by Sportisi, costs around $200 or $300 (asked them a while ago, kinda forgot now), and i would hope to get 32~33 Hp when its all done. at the moment im just a hair off 30hp on the rear wheel having done all the mods and tuning myself.

the reason why people go nuts modding their 250s rather than buying bigger bikes to start with is cos there is a silly law here in indonesia where they classify fully imported bikes as luxury goods, so they whack on a 100% import tax on bikes like a R1, R6, CBR600/1000, ducatis, harleys, etc etc. in the past there was a way around it by joining a club that bribed the cops to let the club members drive their illegally imported bikes, but that's been stopped now.

since the lil ninjette is partially built up here in indonesia or something, they get away with paying lower import tax when the bikes come in from thailand. so they cost about 5500~5600 USD here, while a CBR1000 costs like $26.000
