Help! where does this wire go

Hey I just jetted my bike and can't find this wires soul mate. Where does it connect? The bike runs but no blinkers or headlights, I am assuming this is the problem... only thing not connected. Please if someone could provide a quick description of where to find it.

Yup. Turn signal relay plug. The relay is hanging off the outside left side of the frame, on the bar that supports the back end of the front seat. It's in the pic just lower left of the plug itself
