Ok hopefully someone can answer this one...(speedometer harness wiring diagram!)

Hey guys, so i bought this new gauge and it finally came in, does any one know of a diagram that shows what color wire on the harness goes with what. For example: red- back light, blue- neutral light.... etc (<------examples of course, not real color match)

Get it? if you do please let me know where a diagram i asap! im emailing a guy that will help me if i give him the diagram.

The diagram of the speedo is on the pdf, if you have something similar to that for the ninja please post it!

thanks

can any one match the colors with the function that is is used for? im so lost on that diagram.

I need to know:

Oil: Blue/red (my Speedo had everything but the oil pressure... So that was empty on my connector)
High beam:red/black (in other 3 pin connector with the right turn signal)
N:light green
Speed: On cable for front wheel
water temp:red/yellow
fuel:light green/black
left turn:green
right turn:grey(on different connector with the High beam (3pin) )
back light multiple colors but in my case i didn't need that because mine ran on one led circuit.
power -:AKA ground wire black/yellow
power+:brown or red/blue (you can use either one) In my case i only needed one power + not many becuase mine was led and didnt need all those back light wires my original speedo had. Just one led light altogether on one wire.
rpm:black
spare power(power that is always connected to battery): You need to make your own, its very simple. Grab a wire long enough to go from your speedo to your battery and on one side put a connector for the harness and another a connector for the battery.

whatever you can find out of these is fine!

Edited the things i know for people in the future having a hard time with universal gauges, i know you love me.

Ok with a million hours of research and **** i found out where all the wires go, i just have one problemoooo. Does anyone know which wire is the one that stays on the power whenever the bike is turned off, i asked the guy i bought it from and the purple wire on my gauge is labeled "spare power" and i he said that "The purple cable should connect to the spare power, that means when you turn off the motorbike key, it is still connect with power." Does any one know what wire that is, and its not ground! Because i already have a ground and a positive in there which are the black and yellow and brown or red/blue. If any one knows please post it!

thanks

on the pregen there are some lines that are "hot" when bike is off. Not sure about the newgens. But might be one next to the horn. Or better might be just wiring it straight to the battery.
