OK you warm weather guys are driving me crazy!! Got me so worked up about riding but that is a ways away here!

So I'm fighting back! All you warm weather guys can't have one of these in your back yard!!

And it is good exercise too!!! Third picture is how much I shovelled off the whole rink this morning! Boys are out playing hockey on it as I type!

out here on Kauai (country), water is absorbed by the open spaces we have, but flooding is very bad where they've paved over paradise.

stay warm and safe, everyone.
Kelly, That's the problem with paving. Same problem in Maine. Had a guy build next to us and he filled in lots of wetlands. We now have a flooded lower yard. I guess that when you fool with Mother Nature, you lose. Too many people--not enough space.

Single digit highs for the rest of the week and -15F for lows. With wind. The way this winter is going the snow isn't going to melt until July. Which reminds me, I need to trickle charge the batts on my Ninja and Goldwing.

We recorded -4F this morning. At 1300 the temp got up to 14F. We will be on the cold side for the next several weeks and then things get better.

The cold is much easier to deal with when the air is dry. In some areas where there is high humidity, 25F is a bone chilling cold. I like the dry air and sunshine.

Well the correct term is global climate change. The effects of global warming can actually cause extreme cooling. I'll get out of this topic before it becomes a debate.

Expected high for today is 85. It was 55 when I woke up this morning.

This weather is wierd. Hit 37F on the coast and everything turned into slush--then we got a freeze and a light coat of snow on the ice. That made driving really interesting. They cancelled the United Bikers of Maine meeting tonight. Guess I'll stay home and read some MC Magazines.

Was 40F and rain yesterday. Today was 30F, with a snow storm moving in..

Ohio is a place where you can/will use your heat, and your A/C in one given day.

That was my thought on "global warming". The movie Day after Tomorrow isn't actually too far off base

PS I believe its 22F right now. Had snow this morning.

Today we got almost two feet of snow. The wind is blowing about 30mph, so we are getting gigunda snow drifts. Tomorrow we will have windy conditions and sub-zero temperatures--at least for the next four or five days. This should be the worst of the winter. After that--things will get better. My Friend, Lil 'One is really taking a hit in New Brunswick. At least we are over the hump.

62*F right now. Won't take the bike to work right now, been needing to do some work on it. May take it out this week after I warm it up, lube the chain, and adjust the chain tension.

I salute the positive attitude that celebrates -17F as the valley with only better news ahead. Seriously awesome attitude. (I tend towards "Kill me, please" in those temps.)
