guys w/pod filter &or slip on

did y'all change the pilot jet when you dropped in the 0990(K&N) or new exhaust or does the ideal screw level the air/gas mix out? well txs

i guess my question is that if i change the idle screw(to my setting) then that will eliminate the fact of getting a bigger idle jet am i right?

When i did pod filters i rejetted and had to play with idle mixture screws, no pilot jet change needed on mine. Full exhaust and airbox delete. Keihn110 mains.. Shimmed with 3 washers.. Idle mixture screw 3 turns out.

Not much less..I think with no airbox you need minimum of a 108 jet..

well yeah where ever your altitude is like im at sea level so ill be using a 112

Yeah I'm sea level also.. 110main works good, except on really hot and humid days like 95+ deg out its a Tad rich when winding it all the way out like in the 11k + rpm ..
