My 250 build

So i figure i never made a build thread, and im terrible at documenting stuff along the way anyway so ill make this one short and sweet. I dynod the bike a month or so ago when it was stock, it made 26hp which i thought was pretty good for a stock motor, snorkle removed with a KN replacment filter int he airbox.

I then got in on the area p GB, put a KN filter on and removed the airbox, removed the emissions system and jetted with area p suggested kit. I used 98 mains with the rest of the settings the same as their instructions. I feel as though i got lucky and im not going to change anything, its a little lean in the mid range but i can live with it. 17% percent gain up top. The bike is usable all the way to redline now and doesnt really fall off. For under 1,000 im very happy with the results.

The rest of the bike is been mildly upgrade, .90 sonic springs up front with SSR pre load adjustment caps. GSXR rear shock with dogbones to raise the rear, tokico front caliper and SS front brake line. Really have no other plans for the bike performance or suspension wise, i can honestly say i think im done with it (upgrade wise, never plan on selling.)

Also, i have no need for more upgrades since this is what will replace it as my main track bike next year

Should have posted that info, sorry. John @ Dyno Solutions, hes a great tuner for power commander and bazzaz, but doesnt mess with carbs really. Im just happy my first settings are good, smoothed everything out and gave good gains up top.
