Help with rear stand (In response to " rear stand good deal ")

So I just bought the stand from northern tools and as I was buying them, right next to the silver stand I saw a red one that had actually been reviewed

http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...9259_200349259

What is the difference? the weight it can hold? (It is not like my bike weighs anything close to 600lbs. anyways)

My important question. I know that the stand i just bought needs spools. Does anyone know where to buy them, and what size? (I know in these forams ive only been asking questions but just give me sometime and I will start giving the advice )

thanks everyone.

these are the swingarm spools that i got. i actually bought the whole "crash kit".

but they do sell them individually. looks and feels very substantial.

You can get spools just about anywhere (any motorcycle shop, brick & mortar or online). Most Kawasakis, including our Ninjette, use standard 10mm spools. That means the screw itself is 10mm. Some versions fit a little better than others depending on the shape of the lip, but many come with optional spacers to put them out a couple mm anyway. That way they won't rub up against the swingarm itself.

That stand looks like it could be a front fork stand.

Correct, that's a front fork stand. You can get spools on eBay for something like $9.00 a pair. I've bought a bunch of em. TREX or something like that.
