If you're worried about staying hydrated, you can purchase a bag, hose and mouthpiece for a hydration pack from most sporting good stores and put it in a tank bag or back pack.

You could always put Velcro on your gas cap and on the bottom of your can of Keystone. Problem solved.

@NevadaWolf : I carry those when staying in a motel. Besides the crappy coffee they provide, I'm always scared someone peed in the coffee maker.

that bladder thing looks like it could serve dual purpose, roll it on your junk and run a filter like astronauts and recycle your fluids. Especially good for them long trips.

I always have to decide between coffee or riding in the morning. I hate it. Last summer I was on a job site right next to a Starbucks and a laborer gave me one of those cheapo plastic cup holders you clip onto the inside of a car door. Duct taped it to the inside of the fairing of my CBR and I was good for a slow ride back to the site. I want something better though... it's just fun watching the reaction when you roll through the drive thru!

All joking aside. A boating accessory company, Sea Sucker, makes drink holders with a strong thumb pump operated suction cup. They make them to hold a single drink, or up to four. They also offer a foam insert, specifically made to fit the holder, to keep your drink cold/hot. http://www.seasucker.com

This is the probably the most practical method of taking coffee to work. Starbucks even takes a little off the price when you bring your own container too.

I would suspect a cup holder would need to have a gimble to really be effective.

EDIT: I see the one Jiggles linked to does basically that.

Magnetic Cup Holder

Attach this cup holder to anything metal, like riding mowers, tractors, heavy construction equipment, etc- Features heavy-duty magnets in base, mirror finish, insulating foam insert, and drainage hole
