It used to work with British sports cars. When I had my first car, a '62 MGA, all the Triumph, MG and even Sunbeam Alpine guys would wave. I guess that's mostly over now.

Jeep Wrangler owners almost always do the "Wave" to each other. If you haven't seen it, it's because it's a "Jeep Thing!"
