Well the engines together and running well. Took it for a run in, all OK. Had to change out sidestand switch with a spare as the wires got crushed.
Raining today so put new levers on |

How are those aliexpress pistons holding up?
I'm considering some for my FZR since the genuine parts cost over $300 for the set - for that price I could get a new engine. |

If the pistons need replacing then go for it, otherwise just clean up and reuse the originals. I would suggest new wrist pins and circlips. Nothing wrong with the aliexpress rings either. I no longer have this bike though |
