Yup, see that around here all the time, too. Helmet, gloves, jacket, shorts, tennis shoes. Those are the guys that get a highway rock or a bumble bee up the pants leg at speed!

I hear there's this really easy way to protect your legs now, they're called pants or something like that?

I've noticed a fair number of guys riding around in shorts and T-shirts lately.
And it ain't even all that hot - maybe 25c (that's about 80 Fahrenheit).
