Question Still bogging down, what should I try next?

below 4000 rpm I am giving about half throttle and it bogs down and when I blip the throttle at idle the rpm does hang for about 2 seconds showing that it is still lean.

I have installed the dyno jet with a DJ98 main jet and removed the stock air box with a R-0990 K&n filter and removed the kleen air system (I also have a full sportisi vr exhaust system).
SO FAR I have tried: - idle mixture screws to about 3 and 1/2 turns + e-clip on the 4th notch to the top and the two washers on top.

would the next step be to mess with the air pilot jets?

Thanks AGAIN in advance.

Edit: Also I learned the hard way that you NEED to re-jet before you can really run without the air box. If you're going to rip out the factory air box make sure you have a jet kit (with jet sizes 110-115 or so).
*The dynojet stage two only goes up to 100

I read through all of the jetting done from others in the database and I think I am actually pretty close to yours kkim I am at around 34ft above sea level here.

Question: are the size numbers of factory pro and dynojet main jets the same?

EDIT: Where can I go to buy individual main jets? I have searched google / ebay and forums but cannot find anything really.

@kkim where did you get your 112s? and THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH btw. You have saved my butt too many times to count.

I post a thread thinking it is a big issue and then come to find out it was just a stupid mistake on my part (like not buying the right jet kit). Making me realize that after 2 years of riding I am yet still a noob -_- thanks for the patience kkim & ninjette haha.

I had to order my jets from a dealer in Hawaii, but looking back, just order them online and save yourself the hassle. If you know exactly what you need, finding the jets should be simple.

BTW, look at the conversion chart in the first post of the jetting database. DJ and Keihin have different numbering/sizing systems so a 110 DJ main is not the same as a Keihin 110.
