Sounds like a generic one that you will have to program everything on..
Might have maps for certain models did you confirm maps for your bike +mods?
or have knowledge to program the ECU?

If not might want to look at spacep0d's youtube where he got his ECU flashed might help...think that place does a ecu swap program or mail in to flash..but it's in Cali US...not sure if hard to get things to/from where u are.

@EsrTek, may I ask you who 'spacep0d' is - is he a tuner?

@Cabecinhas, welcome to the forum.
You should ask the company on which ECU of the Ninja 250 their setup is based?
For the model 2008-2012 there are 4 different ECU's and now in Asia there is also the newer 250 from 2013 on.
How much is the price of the RC2?
But anyway a good find and information

After now for nothing waiting already 6 business hours without an answer from aRacer-Speedtek asking them for a pricelist and if the RC2 is working with my 2011 model, let me say forget about that company (just like Scuderia Platini and Koso).
This is the only way to go and nothing else http://www.msextra.com/ - Megasquirt EFI

By the way on my old pc which broke I'd have a link to a guy in Indonesia who'd use the Megasquirt and on FB he showed a dyno with 39.2 hp at the crank for the 2013 250 FI-Model (but I can't find it no more since all about FB I've blocked from my computer now).

Swann do you mean 'Special Edition' with the question for model unit?
By the way I still use it, since the Ninja is so heavy modified that
- she's got everything I want and
- a return of money would not exist.

Sorry Swann, I misunderstood.
But I have to tell that my Ninja is the FI-Model and I still use the stock ECU, but with the Leovince FAST-Fuelsystem.
I also have the knowledge of the stock fuel-mapping, so my adjustments are based on this.
For you I'm no big help, sorry.

Its now 4 days after I'd send an email to aRacer Speedtek in Taiwan without any answer.
This means if there are problems they will leave you alone without support.
Stay away from such a crap company!

Sorry, but no good idea since there are too many differences.

The main difference is the mapping of the ignition and the injectors. I'm not sure if the 250 with the retarded ignition of the 300 would run well.
Based on that we can be sure that the fuel-mapping is different also.
The FI-Errorcodes of the Ninja 250 can be resetted - those of the Ninja 300 can not.
And does someone think that the tuners have the complete knowledge of all code inside of the ecu? I doubt that.

OK, it took some time but now I got an answer about the ECU from aRacer Speedtek.

The ecu will be installed and setup by one of their dealers, but since I'd tell them I'll prefer to do things like this by myself the answer wasn't negative.
About the prices the answer was:
NTD is Taiwan currency, we follow the Exchange rate by real-time
1. RC2 ECU: NTD17000
2. iLink Calibration cable: NTD2000
3. 1 to 4 extend cable: NTD700
4. AF1 professional wideband oxygen sensor module:NTD6000

This at least means 840 USD or 740 EUR plus shipping and with this it could be an alternative to the Megasquirt (but since I didn't use neither one I can't say now).
