Angry Computer issues

Ok so my computer would not start the other day, I have no idea what caused it. Luckily I had a second 50gb partition and I installed a second copy of windows 7 hoping that I can diagnose and repair my original copy. I've partially fixed the problem by replacing a few drivers on my original win7 with new win7 drivers. The original will now boot up farther into the boot sequence but still won't start even in safe mode. I have driver load log files (1 for the new win7, 1 original win7 for comparison) but I don't really know where to start in diagnosing this problem.

This is a chunk of the broken original win7, not sure what to do to fix this

Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\disk.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\CLASSPNP.SYS
Did not load driver @nettun.inf,%isatap.displayname%;Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Did not load driver @nettun.inf,%isatap.displayname%;Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Did not load driver @nettun.inf,%isatap.displayname%;Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Did not load driver @nettun.inf,%teredo.displayname%;Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter
Did not load driver @hal.inf,%acpi_amd64.devicedesc%;ACPI x64-based PC

For comparison this is a correctly working boot log of the same portion

Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\disk.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\CLASSPNP.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\cdrom.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Null.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Beep.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\vga.sys

I've also attached both bootlogs, if anyone could help me figure this out it would be awesome!

Well I've fixed the next blockade! And run into another! This would be easy if I could just set the permissions for an entire folder instead of each file individually, but hey, theres only thousands of drivers right? This shouldn't take too long
