In a bold move, today Metzeler*announced the launch of the ‘Metzeler Risk Free Guarantee’, a 30 day trial program that allows riders to return a set of Metzeler*tires within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with their experience. This major initiative marks another first for Metzeler*for the US motorcycle industry, marking their commitment to riders within the North American region.

What would tempt a tire company to offer such a thing?*“The Metzeler Risk Free Guarantee shows how confident we are in our tires,” says Marco Zambianchi, Metzeler General Manager NAFTA. “This is perfect for riders to test the high quality and performance of Metzeler*tires first hand without concern. Following our recent announcement as the official motorcycle tire of the 2014 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the Risk Free Guarantee *marks our growing presence and commitment to US riders.”

Consumers will have 30 days to return their Metzeler*tires under this program, where they will be refunded the purchase price of the tires plus sales tax.

About the ‘Metzeler Risk Free Guarantee’:

Within 30 days of the date of purchase, consumers may return a set (front and rear fitment) of two (2) eligible Metzeler*tires and the original purchase sales receipt to the original place of purchase. The following two (2) steps are also required:

• Explain the reason(s) of dissatisfaction with the eligible Metzeler tires to the Dealer;
• Sign the dealer-supplied copy of the Metzeler Limited Warranty Claim.

Consumers will be refunded the purchase price of the tires plus sales tax.* Please note that this offer only applies to the purchase of the tires and excludes any additional fees, labor costs or state and local fees/taxes.

The Metzeler Risk Free Guarantee applies to all new eligible Metzeler*brand non-race, non-motocross, motorcycle tires bearing the Metzeler*name and DOT numbers, purchased from an authorized Metzeler*dealer located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and subsequently installed as a set (front and rear) of two (2).*
