How to seal leaking gas tank corner

My tank at the top right corner where the right bolt is, is slowly seeping fuel when the tank is filled.

The top corner looks like it was once soldered from damage (but not well) and is now rusted and worn. Was ok before but not anymore.

I have no clue what to do here. Can this be sealed properly?

I would personally find a radiator repair shop, they usually fix tanks, and some even offer sealing services.

They can properly fix the tank in most cases for a reasonable price.

Good luck.

One option is line it with Caswell Phenol-Novolac epoxy.
