I had a great workout at the gym this morning. My muscles are feeling nice!  Now to go on a run. LOVING this cool weather in Georgia today. Thanks Tropical Storm Lee!

It's the beginning of the heavy season, kids are back in school and they all end up sick. Luckily today it's a light load, just a few babies being born here and there and no babies back with me (step-down pediatric unit). So it's a good day!
I get tomorrow off then back to the grindstone until my off weekend next weekend. Not too bad
