Look what I got for my ninja.

Saw it at the shop, took a ride and had to have it.

It is a 1990 honda pacific coast.
800CC shaft drive, room for 2.

Nice PC800. Those have quite a following and just like our 250's are misunderstood by the masses.

Check out http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/ipcrc/ and http://www.directcon.net/lcshepp/PC800LinkList.html

Great looking PC Terry. I rode with a guy on the same bike a couple of times and he LOVED that thing. Pretty sure he'll be Buried with it. Did you trade you Ninja for it??

Thanks everyone.

The bike is in great shape. It was well cared for by the previous owner, I got to talk to him.

It was at the harley shop, The guy has been wanting my ninja in trade for a while. I happened by about two hours after the bike came in.

These things handle very well, and the weight is down low, so it doesent feel like it weighs.

CC. Its not a scooter, but it has a trunk almost big enough to carry one.

I like this forum and I hope you still let me hang around, even tho I own a honda now.

Terry

Nope, it's an 800cc V-twin.

i suppose even though you own a HONDA , you can stay.

it is neat how that trunk section pops open by pulling that lever. does yours have the stereo option? that bike looks comfortable.

coming from a 250, is it hard to walk the pc800 in or out of parking stalls? that is the the main negative i noticed with my bike.

I believe that that is the same kind of bike my older brother once owned. Same color too.

Oh, and btw, what other bike on the planet has a trunk that you can fill with ice and a 12 pack?

The more and more I think about it, I wouldn't mind owning a PC800

Too bad our ninjettes don't have this option. We could probably cure the overheating CDI by placing it in the trunk full of ice!

The only problem I have is I can't slide one end around in my garage, like I could with min nin.

Oh, And my ice bill has gone way up

Last futzed with by min nin; June 13th, 2010 at 08:40 AM. Reason: ice
