hmm, the car not only cuts of a biker but a police biker. I wonder who will win that lawsuit... . I hope he's ok, they didn't make it sound like he had serious injuries, but then again the entire write up was a bit vague.

Yeah, it is vague. I wish they had more info on these types of happenings, you know, about the driver: Where he lives, what he does, where he goes on the weekends, what time he goes to bed, etc. etc.

I hope he's doing fine too. I hope this driver has his/her (not being sexist here ) licence suspended. He/she could have easily killed this man.

Easy - they are not looking / paying attention.

Police bikes have stock pipes which are much quieter than you're used to on a harley.

I hope he's ok. We just had 2 (almost 3) cop injured in 2 separate accidents, http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/2-at...ed-865691.html.

I can't see any of the pics on that site, but the article reads like there was a motorcycle accident and the biker just happened to be a cop.

Ironic how the helmet is still hooked to top kawi.
I wonder if this was an unintended acceleration in a parking lot? I dont see a key in the kawi.

Good to see a UAW sticker on a Chevy anyway.
Looks like size 10 Nike.

I think it was just a driver not paying attention in a parking lot, skipping past lanes and not watching. There's screech marks from the bikes on the ground in the picture...

I think that the driver was just cutting thru the stalls and didnt see the 2 bikes parked.

That's my reasoning for no key in ignition and helmet still on the bike
