Got a flat...now need a new tire. Need recommendations on an upgrade

My rear tire just took a nail and I just patched it up for now. I need to replace it so its time for an upgrade. I had the Pirelli Sport Demons 140/70 but have heard many good things about the Bridgestone and Michelin Road 2 tires.

I'm thinking of going to a 150 so I wanted to see what most here have upgraded to.

Below is a list of tires I have heard about that would fit without modifications to the chain guard (except maybe add a washer or two). I welcome your input and recommendations. Please feel free to suggest something that is not listed.

Bridgestone BT 16
Bridgestone BT 45

Michelin Road-2

Hmm.. I checked that link after I posted...

Just use a different term as it says. "Tire" itself will return tons. BT16, BT-16, or BT 16 should also return quit a few.
