Don't see the need for a coolant filter. It's basically a sealed system. I've never drained coolant and found it to be dirty, just gets old and becomes less effective.
I wonder if there really is some kind of coolant filter on the bike or if it's just a miss print, and wonder why they would only have it on bikes for certain countries.

Yeah they exist, for diesel engines. Didn't see any for gasoline engines though.

Being anal, i want one. Flaky pipes, possible corrosion, any damage particulate, idk. Maybe I'm just weird.

Sign me up for one too. I have replaced too many clogged radiators in my life.

One exception might be something like water wetter coolant but I say that without any evidence or knowledge of it causing any issue whatsoever.

Ya'lls need to buy more used cars where the origin and history of the coolant is unknown. And don't get me started on kids or "young adults" that will put anything in the coolant system.
And one more thing... The filter that I would love to see on radiators is not for the coolant, it's for the transmission/oil coolers found on hauling packages (some are built into the radiator, so you have to replace the entire thing ).

A filter won't remove the mineralization held in liquid state from hard water unless it's a large filter filled with the same chemistry as what is used to filter hard water for drinking.
A simpler method to clean and keep it clean is run some CLR or similar product to resolve and remove the existing scale then refill with 50% antifreeze and 50% distiller water. Problems solved unless the corrosion is so bad the scale is what stops it leaking!

another oddity discovered in the general info section of the service manual, the AU version gets a 43 tooth rear sprocket.
