Cost depends upon actual issue. Which can take much longer to find than to fix.

Ok, let's narrow down fuel-issues some more.

1. Get little squirt-bottle and put some petrol in it
2. squirt about 2-3cc into airbox
3. wait 30-sec
4. start bike

Does it run? If you continue to add 2-3cc petrol every 30-sec, does bike continue to run?

Do you know here the air filter is pull it out and just spary some starting fluid down there now if start run then you got carb problem
On bottom bowl there a fuel drain screw this can be a phillips screw or I think a round 3 to 5mm allen wrench if I recall right try open it and drain both carbs and retry being you add a see thru fuel filter watch it and see if fuel is flowing thru fuel lines

I don't have a spray bottle, can I just sprinkle some gasoline on the filter?
Will it work the same?
