choke?

Do all ninja have chokes? Im have and 08 and im inthe uk. I can find the choke on the thing :/ I've seen videos on youtube where it should be though.

This is my favourite place atm. All i have are questions :P

You have the fuel injected version. Fuel injection does NOT have a choke. We here in the US are stuck with the carburetor version which DOES get a choke. Hope that clears things up.

Ah i see. We'll least i dont need to mess around with that then. Wonder which is better to have fuel injection or carbed?

FI is better. If you notice the car industry (at least what we get here anyway) haven't used carbs in years. The 250 is also one of the last bikes to be using carbs still. They did that here to "keep the costs down" but had no choice but to put FI on the EU version because of the higher emission standards that the carb'd version wouldn't pass.

Awesome answer. Thank for that. Cleared up loads. I had a old scooter with a choke and not had one for a good 4 years. That would explain

Great forum guys. I posted the same question somewhere else and go nothing. Sticking around. Hopefully i'll be giving advice soon
