Intake valve clearance 04 Ninja 250

I have been able to adjust 7 out of the 8 valves on my 04 Ninja 250. The 8th is the 1st intake on the right side (timing chain side). No matter what I do I can not get any clearance between the lifter and the cam lobe.
The valve does not seem to be bent and moves freely when the engine is rotated.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

sometimes the valves run out of clearance, usually its the earlier models and high mileage engines. I think its suggested to check the rocker arm for wear. Someone can chime in. But when my 1990 engine did this I changed out the rocker arms bc they had alot of wear on them, 5 of my valves had no more adjustablity left

Check carefully that the rocker is seated properly with one "ear" each side of the valve head.
I just made that mistake and it was very expensive £44 for a new rocker,

I suspect this is the cause. I will change the rocker and see......

Thanks!

I did check the rocker seating on the valve/spring collar. All was as it should be.

Good thought! Thanks.....
