Why all the white ?

Almost every 300 I see is white.

not that its ugly but I know there are 2 other colors.

My local dealer has 2 and they are both........white.

I didn't like the white when I saw one at a dealer. I'm waiting for a black or the SE green one.

Yeah, same here. The only color I've seen here is white. Just my preference, but that would be last choice.

I've been waiting for a green one, but I got impatient and bought a white one. I've been hearing that people want ABS, but want white. I can make that happen.

That's exactly what I would have wanted! But I couldn't wait either, hence the white one sitting in my garage already.

Standard green is a million miles better than SE green IMO but it isn't and won't be available. Anyway, OP, white was all that was available at launch. Just wait.

Canada is getting Red! I am envious after seeing a picture of it. Outside of the Non SE green which the US doesn't get the red was the only one I would lust over but white sits in the garage.

So the standard green I'm seeing floating around won't come over to US and only the SE green will? This is better news for me coz I like the SE green much better.

As I understand it yes. And the SE has abs. This is why I went with the white and I am very happy with it. Red is sexy though.....

Oh I thought the SE green can be both ABS and non-ABS and the non-ABS will have $200 premium over solid white and solid black.

I want a solid lime green 300, no ABS, no funky vinyls.

But I have so much in my pre-gen, and not enough in the bank to buy a new motorcycle + a new road bike. Soooo, road bike and leathers now, new motorcycle later. Priorities!

I guess I'll just have to settle for some track days on the ugly old pre-gen in the mean time

Igk, I love my bike! Really, I do!! I just laugh a little when people call pre-gen's ugly.

I'm not going to lie, newer sharper sport bikes look sexy. Mine looks classic.

Besides, older ladies with more experience are more fun, because you don't have to teach them what you like

i asked the clawson dealer and the wilsons dealer nearby, they simply said its what kawasaki wanted to release first. I know the ABS/black 300's wont be out for a little longer.

they already have 1 (possibly 2) of the 636 colors.

Only the mirrors, headlight, bars/triple, sprocket cover, banana seat, frame caps, etc are ugly. The rest is awesome!

I replaced the mirrors, my headlight is almost done, I just need to paint/install it, aaaaaand, the sprocket cover is not worth spending money, neither are the frame caps or seat. The triple is almost identical to the other ninjettes!

But efi, raised tail, hugger, and lime green paint... now there is something pretty

The pregen is the best looking bike as soon as you take off all the stickers and logos <:-)

It's a shame the pregen didn't come in Kawi green as the first color, but I really do find the white ones good looking. Also, they're probably a lot easier to touch up.
